CURRENT PROJECTS: We can typically start within 5-7 working days from quote approval.

RUSH PROJECTS: If you're in a time crunch, we offer priority scheduling: 48-hour turnaround possible for simple projects (testimonials, basic edits), and 1-week turnaround for corporate films with advance booking.

ADVANCE BOOKING: For large projects (TVCs, multi-day shoots), we recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead to ensure crew and location availability.

The moment you approve the quote and send the advance payment, you're locked into our schedule—we won't bump you for another client.

• 🎙️ VOICEOVER ARTISTS: We work with professional VO artists for Hindi, English, and Regional languages (Included in Standard/Premium; ₹3,000-8,000 add-on for Basic).
• 👥 ON-CAMERA TALENT/ACTORS: For TVCs and ads requiring professional actors, we handle casting and coordination (Local: ₹2k-10k/day; Metros: ₹15k-50k/day).
• 🙋 USE YOUR OWN PEOPLE: Many corporate clients prefer using their CEO, real customers, or employees for authenticity. We'll coach them on camera presence so they look and sound natural.

BOTH! We offer two models:

MODEL 1: CONTENT CREATION ONLY
We shoot and edit 8-12 professionally optimized videos/month, delivering ready-to-post files with captions. You post them yourself. (₹25,000-50,000/month)

MODEL 2: FULL SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Everything from Model 1, PLUS monthly content calendar planning, scheduling across platforms, engagement monitoring, performance reports, and trend research. (₹40,000-80,000/month)

We recommend starting with Model 1 for 3 months, then upgrading to Model 2 once you see the content quality.

YES! We act as the BRIDGE between your brand and Jharkhand/North India influencers.

RUSH JOBS: Add 25-40% to project cost for priority turnaround. We'll give you an EXACT timeline in your proposal.

Here's what happens when YFS shows up:

What you need to do: Ensure the location is ready, have key people available, and assign one point of contact. We handle all equipment and technical setups!

Depends on project complexity:

• 📹 BASIC SHOOT: 2-3 people (Camera, Sound, Assistant)
• 🏢 STANDARD CORPORATE FILM: 4-6 people (DOP, 2nd Camera, Sound, Lighting, Drone Pilot, Assistant)
• 📺 TVC / AD FILM: 8-12 people (Director, DOP, Assistants, Gaffer, Art Director, Makeup, etc.)

Everyone on our crew is professional, briefed on expectations, dressed appropriately, and covered by insurance.

OUTDOOR/DRONE SHOOTS: We monitor weather 48 hours in advance. If rain is predicted, we will contact you to postpone to the next clear day (at no extra cost), shoot indoor scenes only, or use rain creatively if it fits the project.

You're NOT charged for postponed shoot days due to weather. Indoor shoots are rarely affected.

Depends on your package:

• 📦 BASIC: 1 revision round
• 📦 STANDARD: 2 revision rounds
• 📦 PREMIUM: 3 revision rounds (some offer unlimited)

A "revision round" means you compile ALL your feedback (e.g., tweak graphics, adjust color, swap a music track), and we implement all those changes at once. Scope changes (like a completely new re-shoot or un-discussed animation) are quoted as extra.

HONEST ANSWER: "It depends"—but here are real ranges:

• Testimonial Video: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000
• Corporate Film: ₹80,000 - ₹3,00,000
• TVC / Ad Film: ₹3,00,000 - ₹8,00,000+
• Product Video: ₹30,000 - ₹1,00,000
• Social Media Retainer: ₹25,000 - ₹80,000/month
• Drone Footage Standalone: ₹15,000 - ₹60,000

Prices fluctuate based on shoot days, locations, actors, drone needs, and turnaround times.

STANDARD PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

• 📍 50% advance (to confirm booking)
• 📍 30% after shoot completion
• 📍 20% on final delivery

For large projects (₹5L+), we break it down further (40% signing, 20% shoot, 20% rough cut, 20% delivery). For retainers, 100% is due at the start of the month, with discounts for quarterly/annual upfront payments. We also work with standard tender payment terms for Gov/PSU clients.

WE ACCEPT: Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Cheques (Corporate clients), and Credit/Debit Cards (2% processing fee applies).

We do NOT accept cash over ₹10,000 (tax compliance) or crypto.

INVOICE & GST: All invoices are GST-compliant and itemized. For corporate clients requiring TDS, please deduct as per the applicable rate and share the TDS certificate within 30 days.

Before final delivery, you get multiple revision rounds, and we don't finalize until YOU'RE happy. After final delivery (and approval), refunds aren't possible because the work is done.

If we genuinely fail to deliver due to our fault, you get a full refund of any unused portion and keep completed work. If you cancel mid-project, portions of the advance become non-refundable depending on how far along we are.

Our 50-30-20 structure protects you so you're only paying for completed work at each stage.

RESOLUTION: 1080p Full HD standard; 4K Ultra HD available in Standard/Premium packages.

ASPECT RATIOS: 16:9 (YouTube/TV), 1:1 (Square), 9:16 (Vertical/Reels), 4:5 (Portrait). We deliver in ALL ratios you need!

FORMATS: MP4 (H.264) or MOV (ProRes). Delivered via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or USB drive.

YOU OWN THE FINAL VIDEO. No restrictions.

You can use it on your website, social media, paid ads, TV broadcast, and internal events for an unlimited duration. We license all stock music for commercial use so there are no hidden fees.

The only restriction: you cannot resell the video to another company as if it's theirs.

We archive raw footage for 90 DAYS after final delivery. During this time, you can request additional edits or purchase raw files. After 90 days, it moves to cold storage (retrieval fees apply), and after 1 year, it may be permanently deleted.

If you want to own the raw footage immediately, you can add it to your package (₹10k-25k) and we'll deliver all camera angles, B-roll, and audio on an external drive.

YES! Subtitles are available in all packages.

• 🎬 BURNED-IN SUBTITLES: Included in Standard & Premium packages. Great for social media autoplay.
• 📄 .SRT FILES: ₹2,000 per language. Best for YouTube and accessibility.
• 🌐 MULTI-LANGUAGE: We can translate your video to English, Hindi, or Regional languages (₹3,000-5,000 per additional language).

NOT BY DEFAULT—but available as an add-on (₹15,000-40,000 depending on complexity).

Why? Project files are huge, require specific software/plugins to open, and 95% of clients never use them. If you have an in-house editing team and need them, we are happy to bundle the full project file, media assets, fonts, and instructions.

You'll have a SINGLE point of contact. For small projects, you work directly with our Founder (Upender). For larger projects, you get a Dedicated Project Manager/Producer. For retainers, you'll have an Account Manager.

We are available via WhatsApp (fastest), Email, Phone, and Video calls. You will NEVER be ghosted.

• MINOR TWEAKS (Within 30 days): Fix typos, update URLs, tweak audio. Cost: FREE.
• MODERATE CHANGES: Swap out a 10-second section, change music, re-color. Cost: ₹5k-15k.
• MAJOR RE-EDITS: New footage or complete restructure. Cost: Quoted as a mini-project.

ABSOLUTELY! We encourage it. You can make real-time decisions, ensure brand alignment, and take behind-the-scenes photos.

If you can't be present, no problem! We will send you photo updates via WhatsApp and share sample clips for approval before wrapping.

YES, absolutely. We frequently sign NDAs for PSU/Government projects, product launches, internal corporate strategy videos, and medical content.

We'll keep your project out of our public portfolio, handle files securely, and delete files after the agreed retention period. Just provide the NDA at the start of the project!

Life happens! If you cancel before pre-production, you get a full refund (minus a small admin fee). If you cancel after pre-production starts, 50% of the advance is non-refundable. Once a shoot is scheduled, we can reschedule once without penalty if given 7 days notice.

In cases of Force Majeure (natural disasters, lockdowns), projects are paused without penalty.

YES—healthcare is one of our core verticals. We create patient testimonials, doctor profiles, facility tours, and health awareness campaigns.

We understand that privacy is critical (we always get patient consent), medical accuracy matters, and trust is the goal. Testimonials run ₹25k-40k, and full facility tours run ₹1.2L-2L.

YES—drone and virtual tours are our specialty for real estate.

We offer 4K stabilized drone footage for property overviews and construction progress. We also create guided property walkthroughs and interactive 360° virtual tours (embeddable on your website).

We standardly deliver files via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or USB so you can host them anywhere. However, we DO offer optional hosting services:
